Jim Howicz’s practice focuses on general corporate matters, negotiating commercial transactions, drafting contracts, and providing legal counsel in financial services. Jim advises small and mid-sized businesses on employment issues and handles a wide variety of legal matters for banks and lenders focusing on credit and collections. He also represents clients with legal issues before state and federal regulators.
With over 27 years as a successful corporate lawyer, Jim knows the issues businesses face. Earlier in his career, Jim joined two startups as general counsel.
